Caterpillar Excavator & Truck Hose Kits
A Caterpillar fleet hose enquiry may cover loading, hauling, digging and ground preparation rather than one equipment class. RHPL reviews assemblies for mining trucks, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, dozers and underground loaders against the requested maintenance work. Separate each machine and its hydraulic functions before agreeing a kit for supply.
Machine classes to identify
Organise a mixed fleet by the work each unit performs. A truck maintenance package should stay distinct from an excavator attachment package, while surface and underground loader requirements need their own identification. Dozers add another work group around the blade. Similar fleet roles do not make assemblies interchangeable across machines.
- Mining trucks
- Hydraulic excavators
- Wheel loaders
- Dozers
- Underground loaders
Recorded catalogue classes: Excavator, Dumper / Mining Truck, Dozer, Wheel Loader, Backhoe Loader, Crawler Loader, Articulated Truck, Off-Highway Truck, Mining Truck, Motor Grader, Track Loader, Wheel Tractor-Scraper, Hydraulic Mining Shovel, Rotary Drill, Underground Loader, Material Handler, Skid Steer Loader, Compact Track Loader. These recorded links do not establish kit contents for other classes mentioned in the enquiry guidance.
Hose circuits to check
Use these functions to mark the requested work areas, where fitted. They are enquiry prompts, not a machine hose inventory.
- Mining trucks: steering, body hoist, brake and cooling service lines; identify each fluid service.
- Hydraulic excavators: boom, arm, bucket, swing and travel connections.
- Wheel and underground loaders: lift/tilt and steering hose routes.
- Dozers: blade lift/tilt and steering arrangements where hydraulic hoses are fitted.
Protect the hose through a full fleet shift
Loading faces, haul roads and underground passages create different exposure patterns. Describe rock contact, rubbing against brackets and restricted access around guards. Dust can conceal damaged covers or damp areas, so observations from the workshop are more useful than a general description of harsh duty. Note nearby heat sources and long duty cycles without guessing a temperature rating from the mining application.
For repeated rubbing, record the contact point and existing retention arrangement. A sleeve or guard may be considered during technical review, but adding protection alone does not resolve incorrect routing. Photos should show the surrounding structure as well as the hose. Inspection findings help distinguish a damaged assembly from a recurring installation problem that could affect its replacement.
Split the order by machine and maintenance task
Build the procurement package around separately identified machines, then group accepted references by the work planned for each unit. Distinguish shutdown replacements from contingency spares and record changes since the last order. An underground loader should not inherit a surface loader list because the labels sound similar. RHPL reviews the supplied information before agreeing the assembly scope; identification and packing groups can then follow the buyer’s maintenance plan.

Hose kit enquiry questions
How should I organise a Caterpillar fleet hose kit enquiry?
Separate mining trucks, excavators, wheel loaders, dozers and underground loaders by machine identity. State the maintenance task for each unit. RHPL reviews those groups individually before agreeing which assemblies belong in the order.
What should I send for a kit quotation?
Send model, serial number, attachments, drawings or samples, quantities and destination. RHPL clarifies missing details before quoting.
Can truck and underground loader hoses be grouped in one order?
They can be submitted together for review, with separate machine references and quantities. Keep the supply groups distinguishable; shared procurement does not establish interchangeable hoses or identical service conditions.
Can I request supply outside India?
Submit the destination and required documents with your enquiry. Freight, delivery schedule, payment and currency are confirmed in the written offer.
Is RHPL affiliated with or endorsed by Caterpillar?
No. RHPL is independent. The machine name identifies compatibility; fitment and commercial terms are confirmed on enquiry.
Caterpillar is a trademark of its owner. RHPL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Caterpillar. Machine names are used only to identify compatibility.
