Plan the kit before the maintenance window.
A clear bill of materials connects procurement, assembly manufacture and site replacement.
Discuss your requirement
Freeze the replacement scope
List the hoses included, item-wise quantities and circuit or location references. Record machine variants and modifications. Decide whether the requirement is a complete machine scope, selected circuits or a critical-spares package.
Make installation identification practical
Agree item tags, packing groups and any location reference used by the maintenance team. Distinguish duplicate part references from the number of physical assemblies required; a repeated reference may still represent a real quantity.
Confirm the release plan
Allow time for missing dimensions, technical approval, material availability, manufacture and agreed inspection. Discuss staged dispatch only where it fits the accepted maintenance plan. Transport time is separate from production lead time.
