SS Corrugated Hose Assemblies
Flexible corrugated stainless-steel assemblies specified around the medium, pressure, temperature, movement and end connections.

Construction
The corrugated hose provides a flexible flow path. Annular and helical constructions must be identified from the supplier specification. External braid, where fitted, restrains pressure-driven elongation. Hose grade, braid material, braid layers and end-fitting materials are separate selection decisions.
End connections and assembly length
Specify End A and End B independently, including connection standard, nominal size, sealing face and material. Mark overall assembly length and measurement points on a drawing. Allow for end fittings and the active flexible length; the available space alone is not a hose design.
Pressure and temperature
Use the manufacturer’s rating for the actual construction and bore at the operating temperature. Working pressure, proof-test pressure and destructive burst pressure are different quantities. Pressure surges, cycling and connection ratings must also be assessed; no universal assembly rating is offered here.
Movement and bend radius
Describe whether duty involves static offset, vibration or repeated movement, including direction, amplitude and frequency. Check the applicable minimum bend radius and active length. Prevent torsion, overbending and concentrated bending immediately behind the fittings; installation orientation and support matter.
Media compatibility and vacuum
Give the exact medium, concentration and temperature, including cleaning conditions. Hose and fitting alloys must suit that duty. Vacuum suitability requires explicit manufacturer confirmation and cannot be inferred from a positive-pressure rating.
Testing and inspection
Agree the welding/end-connection method, inspection scope, leak or pressure test, acceptance criteria and documentation before manufacture. ISO 10380 is a design, manufacture, testing and installation reference for corrugated metal hose assemblies; compliance is claimed only for documented supplied products.
Applications and enquiry
Discuss selected industrial transfer lines, equipment connections and movement-accommodation duties with RHPL. Submit the operating case and drawing so a manufacturer-supported configuration can be proposed. The quotation identifies the selected material grades, braid construction and documented ratings.
