Keep the original reference. Add the context.
Part numbers help locate a requirement; machine information helps check that it is the right one.

Search formats
Use the original number with or without separators. The catalogue normalises spaces and hyphens for matching while preserving the displayed reference. The same part number with or without separators leads to one catalogue record. Machine associations are held privately by RHPL and do not appear in public search results.
Understand the result
A detailed product listing may include confirmed technical fields and a selling price. Historical references have less information and are marked accordingly. A listed number is not a stock confirmation or a promise of fitment.
Prepare a multi-line enquiry
Keep part numbers as text in your spreadsheet so leading zeros are retained. Add separate columns for quantity, unit, machine model, serial number and comments. Exclude internal costs or customer-confidential information.
