How Are Hose Assemblies and Fittings Made at RHPL?
Our hose assembly route includes controlled hose cutting, Finn-Power crimping, dimensional inspection, pressure testing, traceability tags and cleaning before packing. In-house fitting production covers bar cutting, CNC or lathe operations, bending where needed, electroplating and final quality control, using EN1A and MS1018 steel for fittings.
The factory route has two connected areas: preparing the hose assembly and producing its fittings. On the fitting side, bar material moves through machining and, where needed, bending before electroplating and final QC. On the assembly side, cutting and crimping are supported by inspection, testing, identification and cleaning before packing.
