Terms of Sale & Website Terms
These terms describe the use of the RHPL website and the basis on which requirements are reviewed, quoted and accepted.
Scope
These terms apply to website use and enquiries for RHPL products. The accepted written quotation and order confirmation define the agreed supply, specification and commercial conditions.
Quotations & validity
Quotations are subject to the validity stated in the offer. Technical information, quantities, inspection requirements and delivery destination must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Website information is not a binding quotation.
Orders & acceptance
Orders require written confirmation from RHPL. Trial orders are welcome; minimum quantities and any development conditions are stated in the quotation. Changes to an accepted requirement need written agreement.
Lead time & delivery
Normal orders 4–6 weeks; freight extra; confirmed on quotation. Freight, insurance and transit are additional to production. The accepted offer sets the dispatch plan, delivery responsibilities and any special packing requirements.
Prices, taxes & payment
GST is extra as applicable. Prices, payment terms and additional charges are stated in the quotation. A website enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment.
Specification & compatibility
RHPL is an independent aftermarket manufacturer. OEM numbers are cross-references only; compatibility is subject to technical confirmation. The buyer should provide the required reference, quantity, operating duty, interface details and relevant drawings or samples.
Inspection, warranty & returns
RHPL-manufactured assemblies carry a workmanship warranty under the accepted order terms. Claims must be submitted in writing with the hose tag or order reference and relevant details. Inspection scope, warranty conditions and any return or remedy are reviewed against the agreed specification; returns require written agreement.
IP & trademarks
RHPL website material and original images remain protected by their respective rights. Third-party names and trademarks identify products or applications and remain the property of their owners. They do not imply endorsement or OEM authorisation.
Website use & data
Use this website for genuine product information and enquiries. Do not misuse enquiry forms, attempt unauthorised access or copy confidential records. The Privacy page explains the handling of enquiry data and attachments.
Governing law
Indian law applies. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
