Our team brings 20+ years of industry experience to application engineering support, OEM part-number cross-referencing and machine-wise hose-kit development. Keep the exact machine identity, reference and quantity together when preparing an enquiry. Describe modifications and the replacement task so that the review starts from the actual application. The hose-kit catalogue provides a starting point for discussing a complete kit, selected replacements or a one-machine trial.

Raipur Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Controlled hose cutting, Finn-Power crimping, dimensional inspection and pressure testing are part of our assembly approach. Cleaning before packing and traceability tags connect preparation with receiving and identification. In-house fitting production uses CNC machines and lathes. A replacement assembly belongs to a working machine and a maintenance plan. Tell us whether the immediate need is a breakdown kit, preventive replacement kit or trial quantity. Share the maintenance window, delivery destination and packing instructions needed by your receiving team. Application feedback also matters: describe fitment observations or changes in duty when discussing repeat requirements. Keep Commitments and Product Identity Clear
The quotation should describe the proposed supply, required documents and dispatch plan. Normal dispatch is 4–6 days, with freight extra; confirm the order-specific arrangement before planning receipt. RHPL identifies its aftermarket assemblies separately from branded products and is an Authorised Gates Distributor.
