Lead time and transit time are different

Normal orders generally require 4–6 weeks, subject to the final specification, quantity, material availability and development work. Transport time follows dispatch and depends on the agreed route and service. Your quotation separates the production schedule from the delivery arrangement.

Choose a practical freight arrangement

Courier, air freight, sea freight and customer-nominated collection can be assessed for the order. Suitability depends on packing dimensions, gross weight, shipment value, destination and the required date. RHPL does not promise a fixed worldwide transit time or publish an unverified shipping calculator.

Packing for handling and identification

Assemblies are identified and protected for the agreed handling conditions. Discuss circuit-wise grouping, item labels, capped ends, moisture protection and any crate or pallet requirement before pricing. If timber packaging is needed, the destination requirements must be checked with the freight provider.

Delivery terms and destination charges

The written quotation states the agreed delivery term, named place, freight responsibility and any insurance arrangement. Import duties, destination taxes, customs clearance, terminal charges and local delivery must be allocated explicitly. A product price on this site is not a delivered-duty-paid quotation.

Documents agreed before dispatch

A commercial invoice and packing list form the basic shipment record. A certificate of origin, inspection report, product identification record or other document may be needed for the order or destination. Tell us the exact requirements early; country-specific documentation and eligibility are reviewed with the relevant service providers.

Dispatch updates and receiving checks

Shipment references and available carrier tracking are shared after dispatch. At receipt, check the packages, identification and quantities against the documents. Record visible transport damage promptly and retain packaging while the issue is reviewed. Claims and remedies follow the accepted order terms.
