RHPL's hose assembly process combines controlled hose cutting, cleaning, Finn-Power crimping, dimensional inspection, pressure testing and traceability tags. These activities connect preparation, assembly and identification before packing. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification supports the quality-management framework for this work at our factory in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

What Quality Controls Support In-House Fitting Production?
RHPL produces fittings in-house from EN1A and MS1018 steel, with bar cutting, CNC or lathe operations, bending where needed, electroplating and final quality control. This fitting production route complements our hose assembly activities, which include dimensional inspection, pressure testing, traceability tags and cleaning before packing.

RHPL maintains documented impulse-test results for selected hose assembly configurations. Reports from Semperflex and Eaton identify RHPL's role in fitting production or hose assembly and record successful results for every sample tested.

Semperflex (Semperit Group)
Semperflex (Semperit Group) tested assemblies built with RHPL-produced fittings under EN ISO 6803. All samples in the three reports reached the recorded cycle count with an OK result.
The reports name Raipur Hydraulics Private Limited as the customer and fitting producer. The stated reason for testing is customer test.

Eaton Hydraulics, Pune — now part of Danfoss Power Solutions — tested Eaton hoses and Eaton fittings assembled by RHPL under SAE J343. All three certificates record successful completion.
The certificates identify RHPL as the hose assembler or hose assembly manufacturer. Testing took place at Eaton Hydraulics, Magarpatta, Pune.
