Normal orders generally take 4–6 days, subject to specification, quantities and material availability. The quotation confirms production timing; international freight and transit are planned separately.

Which Documents Can I Request for an International Enquiry?
Tell us which company, product, inspection and shipment documents you need. RHPL displays ISO 9001:2015 and Authorised Gates Distributor certificate cards; copies are shared directly with verified buyers. Order-specific export documents and their availability are confirmed on enquiry.
How Are Incoterms and Freight Arrangements Confirmed?
Send the delivery destination, preferred freight mode and any requested Incoterm. Freight, transit time, delivery responsibilities and the accepted delivery term are confirmed in the written offer. Normal-order timing of 4–6 days is not an international arrival promise.
Can I Request a Quotation Using Only Part Numbers?
Yes. Send your part numbers and quantities, with the delivery destination. RHPL reviews identification and may request application details, drawings or a sample before confirming compatibility and the quotation.
How Will My Order Be Packed?
Item identification, grouping, end protection and transport packing are agreed against the accepted parts list and shipment requirements. Any special packing or marking requirement must be stated in the enquiry; details are confirmed on enquiry.
What Are the Payment Terms and Quotation Currency?
Payment terms and quotation currency are confirmed on enquiry and recorded in the written offer before order acceptance. No standard payment method, deposit, credit period or exchange rate is promised on this page.
