The completed work

The Raipur Hydraulics team recently completed a full hose-kit replacement on a KOBELCO SK380-8 excavator at a customer site in India. This project covered the complete hose-kit replacement scope for the machine, rather than an individual replacement hose.

The photographs document the installed assemblies, their connections and the routing within the machine. They include views of the hydraulic pump area and a closer view of the fitted hose connections. These are photographs from RHPL’s field work, lightly retouched for presentation.

A machine-wise replacement requirement

A complete-kit requirement brings the hose replacement work together around one identified machine. The actual assembly list and fitment requirements depend on the machine version, serial number and any modifications. This completed project is an example of RHPL’s work on the identified excavator; it does not establish a universal kit specification for every SK380 variant.
