Your enquiry information
When you submit an enquiry, this website records your name, company, email, phone, destination country, message, selected items and any document you choose to attach. RHPL uses this information to assess and respond to your requirement.
Website assistant
The assistant provides guidance, not engineering approval. When AI mode is available, questions and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI for a response; do not include personal or confidential information in questions. Contact details are collected separately. When you choose Send enquiry and agree to share your details, RHPL receives your contact information, delivery address, requirement and the conversation included with the enquiry. Unsubmitted contact-form entries remain in the open page and are not sent to the AI service.
Storage and access
Enquiries and attachments are stored with the website service and are accessible to the authorised website administrator. Do not upload information you are not authorised to share.
Browser storage and external links
Your enquiry basket is saved in this browser so you can continue selecting products. WhatsApp and email links open external applications with their own privacy practices. The RHPL corporate film and Gates video load YouTube only after you choose to play them. The Contact Us page embeds Google Maps to show our works location; loading the map connects to Google and is subject to Google’s privacy practices. When configured, an email service sends the enquiry details to RHPL; attachments remain in the private owner dashboard. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit automated submissions.
