Agree What The Complete Kit Includes
A complete kit brings one machine’s agreed hose replacement scope into a coordinated supply. The model name starts identification; the accepted reference list defines the assemblies and quantities included.
Set The Maintenance Scope
Distinguish a full-machine replacement programme from selected circuit groups and contingency spares. Confirm attachments, modifications, exclusions and installation responsibilities before accepting the offer. “Complete” refers to that agreed scope.
Identify, Agree, Manufacture & Inspect
Start with machine records and hose references, drawings or samples. Resolve identification gaps and agree the assembly requirements. RHPL then manufactures and inspects to the accepted specification; the quotation defines the required inspection records.
Identify, Group & Receive
Agree reference-wise item tags, circuit or machine groups and packing identification. Reconcile the supplied items with the accepted list before installation. Production, dispatch, freight and any site-support responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
Prepare The Kit Brief Once
Use the checklist on the machine-kit directory for machine identity, quantities, supporting references, destination and maintenance deadline. Keep separate machines and variants distinguishable in the enquiry.

Questions Before You Enquire
Does A Complete Kit Include Every Hydraulic Component?
No. It includes the hose replacement scope accepted in the quotation. Loose adapters, protection, seals or site installation must be expressly included if required.
Does A Kit Guarantee No Further Failures?
No. Selection, installation, operating conditions and maintenance affect performance. The documented installation shows completed work, not a guarantee for every machine.
