In-House Fitting Production
RHPL’s in-house fitting route starts with bar cutting, followed by CNC/lathe operations, bending where needed, electroplating and final QC. Materials used are EN1A and MS1018 steel. Fitting types include nuts, nipples, flange nipples, sockets, adapters and special fittings.

Threaded End Connections
State the connection family, male or female form, thread size and pitch, sealing surface and fixed or swivel arrangement. Include the exact designation or a dimensioned drawing where available.
Flange and Elbow Geometry
For flange ends, identify the mating-port requirements, flange dimensions, seal seat and relevant series. For 45° or 90° ends, include tube dimensions and available clearance as well as the angle.
A Matched Assembly System
The hose, insert, ferrule and crimp specification must be selected as a verified combination. Specify the exact hose manufacturer and series; nominal size alone is not sufficient to select a coupling.

Questions Before You Enquire
Are BSP, JIC, ORFS and Metric Fittings Interchangeable?
No interchangeability should be assumed. Identify the thread and the complete sealing interface at each connection. Send measurements or a drawing if the existing fitting is uncertain.
Does the Thread Size Tell You the Hose Bore?
No. Hose inside diameter and port or thread size are different specifications. Include both in the enquiry.
Can I Request Loose Fittings or Finished Assemblies?
State the required form of supply. RHPL can review loose-component requirements separately from finished hose assemblies, with quantity and specification confirmed in the quotation.
What Measurements Help Identify an Unknown Fitting?
Send thread diameter and pitch, male or female form, sealing-face photographs and dimensions with units. Include the hose series when the fitting will be crimped.
Does a Fitting Have the Same Pressure Rating in Every Assembly?
No. Confirm the manufacturer designation and complete assembly system against the application; appearance or nominal thread size does not establish a rating.
