Identify and Prepare
Start with the part number, approved drawing or sample. Prepare the selected hose and compatible fittings using the applicable manufacturer instructions.
Assemble and Inspect
Hose cutting, fitting insertion and crimping follow the assembly specification. Visual, dimensional and proof-pressure inspection follow the order’s inspection plan.
Identify and Pack
Tag assemblies and organise kit groups for workshop receiving. End protection, cleaning and packing help preserve the completed assemblies during handling.
