Include the tender or RFQ reference, buyer and consignee details, submission deadline and latest amendments. Keep OEM part numbers with machine identification, quantities and any available drawings. Define Inspection and Delivery Information
RHPL’s assembly approach includes controlled hose cutting, Finn-Power crimping, dimensional inspection, pressure testing, traceability tags and cleaning before packing. In-house fitting production uses CNC machines and lathes. Review the quality information and identify the records, inspection stages and receiving instructions required for your purchase. Normal dispatch is 4–6 days, with freight extra; the quotation should address the dispatch plan for the accepted scope and delivery destination.

NMDC and NTPC are customer references already identified on this site. Discuss relevant reference information with RHPL subject to customer confidentiality, and distinguish a customer reference from the eligibility conditions of a particular enquiry. Submit your schedule and supporting documents through the RFQ page, noting any clarification deadline. A trial quantity, one-machine trial, breakdown kit or preventive replacement kit may be discussed where the procurement requirement permits that starting scope.
