RHPL’s focus is fluid conveyance: hydraulic hose assemblies, machine-wise hose kits, end fittings, adapters and selected branded hoses. We review line-item schedules, equipment references, drawings and inspection requirements to prepare a scoped technical and commercial response.
Tender and multi-line RFQ support
Include the tender or enquiry reference, buyer organisation, closing date, delivery schedule and the latest amendments or corrigenda. Identify any mandatory brand requirements, approved makes, inspection hold points and required deviations format. Alternative aftermarket supply is proposed only when the enquiry permits it.
Vendor evaluation and documentation
Company information, relevant registration documents and current certification can be requested for evaluation. Project-specific technical documents, inspection records and conformity statements must be agreed before order acceptance. Eligibility for a particular tender depends on its requirements.
Customer and project references
