A part reference, quantity and location or circuit tag can help connect the supplied assembly to the approved bill of materials. Provide your preferred tag format and receiving references early. Do not rely on colour or a generic product photograph to identify a finished assembly.
Grouped kits
Machine-wise or circuit-wise grouping can support planned replacement. Define whether items should be packed together, separated by installation area or dispatched in agreed lots. The accepted packing list should reflect the final supply scope.
Physical protection
End caps and protective packing help manage handling and contamination risks during shipment. Extra requirements such as sleeves, corrosion protection, palletisation or crates affect the packing dimensions and may affect freight. The suitable arrangement is confirmed against the shipment and destination.
