RHPL · MACHINE HOSE KIT ENQUIRIES

JCB Backhoe & Excavator Hose Kits

JCB hose kit enquiries should distinguish backhoe loader records from excavator records before selecting a replacement scope. RHPL reviews the actual machine identity and the functions being serviced, including the recorded 3DX, JS205 and JS305 enquiry routes. Shared make identification does not imply the same hose arrangement across these equipment classes.

Machine classes to identify

A backhoe loader brings front working equipment and a rear digging arrangement into the same maintenance discussion. Keep those groups distinguishable, alongside steering or other services where included. For an excavator request, identify digging, swing and travel functions from the machine documents instead. Describe attachment changes explicitly. These are ways to organise the buyer's review; they are not published hose inventories or a statement of what every recorded model contains.

  • Backhoe Loader

Recorded catalogue classes: Excavator, Backhoe Loader. These recorded links do not establish kit contents for other classes mentioned in the enquiry guidance.

Hose circuits to check

Use these functions to locate the requested work on your own machine documents. Include a service only where fitted; these checks do not establish a model-specific hose list, construction or technical rating.

  • Boom, arm and bucket working lines
  • Swing and travel service lines
  • Attachment connections where fitted
  • Front loader lift and tilt lines
  • Rear digging-work connections
  • Steering and auxiliary services

JCB maintenance: routing and exposure

Route photographs should explain both the work location and the movement that affects it. On a backhoe enquiry, do not let front-equipment pictures stand in for the rear installation. On an excavator, capture the relevant digging or travel area separately. Dust, rubbing points and hot surroundings should be marked at their actual positions. A sleeve can address a defined exposure only after clamp arrangement and movement clearance have been considered.

Preparing the JCB replacement scope

Use the existing JCB model route that matches the nameplate, then submit a private reference schedule for that unit. Indicate whether the job is a selected replacement or a planned package for several functions. Keep each machine's quantities separate even when buying for a common project. The recorded 3DX route remains available alongside the excavator records, with no assumption that previous orders establish the present attachments, interfaces or maintenance scope.

Hose kit enquiry questions

How should a JCB backhoe enquiry differ from an excavator enquiry?

Separate the backhoe loader front and rear work groups. For an excavator, use the documented digging, swing and travel groups. Identify the exact machine before agreeing either scope.

What should I send for a kit quotation?

Send model, serial number, attachments, drawings or samples, quantities and destination. RHPL clarifies missing details before quoting.

Can the 3DX record be used for the JS excavator models?

No cross-model fitment is implied. Use the matching recorded designation and submit that machine's references; each equipment class and serial configuration requires its own review.

Can I request supply outside India?

Submit the destination and required documents with your enquiry. Freight, delivery schedule, payment and currency are confirmed in the written offer.

Is RHPL affiliated with or endorsed by JCB?

No. RHPL is independent. The machine name identifies compatibility; fitment and commercial terms are confirmed on enquiry.
