Epiroc Drill Rig Hose Kits
For Epiroc drill rig hose enquiries, separate the machine's movement functions from the drilling equipment and its supporting services. RHPL uses the recorded model together with nameplate information, installation evidence and the requested replacement scope. A drilling-rig label does not define every hose fitted to an individual unit or attachment.
Machine classes to identify
Locate the work groups on the buyer's own documentation rather than treating the rig as one undifferentiated assembly package. Tramming or travel, positioning, mast movement and drilling-related services may require different identification where present. Distinguish hydraulic runs from other fluid or air services. Record alterations to the installed arrangement, because a reference copied from another rig may belong to a different configuration or service system.

Hose circuits to check
Use these functions to locate the requested work on your own machine documents. Include a service only where fitted; these checks do not establish a model-specific hose list, construction or technical rating.
- Travel or tramming services
- Mast and positioning connections
- Drilling-support service lines, identified by service
Epiroc maintenance: routing and exposure
Inspect the paths that move when the rig changes position. Mast movement, support points and hose bundles can create contact locations that are not obvious in a parked photograph. Describe the moving envelope and retain pictures of guides and clamps. Dust around connections and heat exposure near equipment should be recorded separately. Protective covering needs to leave the relevant identification and inspection points accessible after installation.
Preparing the Epiroc replacement scope
Prepare an Epiroc enquiry around the intervention being planned: isolated leakage repair, renewal of a selected bundle or a broader workshop service. Mark the requested boundary on the drawings and explain which existing runs are retained. The enquiry should identify each assembly without implying a complete drilling system is being supplied. When an installed tag is unreadable, provide several photographs and a measured drawing or sample for technical review.

Hose kit enquiry questions
What information helps define an Epiroc rig hose package?
State the rig identity, the work group and the planned intervention. Separate travel, mast and drilling-related requests where those functions are present, and support each group with installation references.
What should I send for a kit quotation?
Send model, serial number, attachments, drawings or samples, quantities and destination. RHPL clarifies missing details before quoting.
Are drilling-related service lines automatically hydraulic hoses?
No. Identify the service for each line from the machine documents. Hydraulic, air or other service requirements must be reviewed separately; the rig model does not establish the correct construction.
Can I request supply outside India?
Submit the destination and required documents with your enquiry. Freight, delivery schedule, payment and currency are confirmed in the written offer.
Is RHPL affiliated with or endorsed by Epiroc?
No. RHPL is independent. The machine name identifies compatibility; fitment and commercial terms are confirmed on enquiry.
Epiroc is a trademark of its owner. RHPL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epiroc. Machine names are used only to identify compatibility.
